  Food isn't bad but could be better. They need to learn that when a soft shell goes hard it's trash not edible. They really need some training on how to take orders through drive-thru. Recently greetings have been delayed and orders aren't being confirmed. If I say "that will be all" and don't get a response I'm not going to wait there and try to talk to someone who isn't listening. They also seem to forget to mention the total sometimes. If you want fast times give people a chance to count cash before they reach the window.

  I went to Taco Bell / KFC in Richmond Indiana they had messed up on my food twice and when I ordered the $5 bowls they was not even half full.. and the food they salted it was to much and they did not put no gravy on the fries, chicken, cheese cloves.. they acted like they was way too busy for any customers.all they was doing is talking to each other . That explains why it was empty inside

  Worst food ever can't even get the food order right cant even get it inside the taco wasn't even expose to have sour cream
