  The food was bland with no sauce and the employees move really slow? Like I could understand if they are busy and short staffed but I went with one other customer, who placed their order the day before for pick up and still had to wait almost 30 mins for a regular sandwich....

  Tyla or Kyla is the manager I sw, she had more than enough on her plate today lol I ordered online for delivery, an hour later I was in tears lol where was my food? I called and had to repeatedly call, so I was thinking the store was closed. I got her, she was overwhelmed, but she was STILLLLLL friendly, apologetic, she was dealing with people quitting, doordash drivers who he was just RUDE to me as well, I wanna leave this review in hopes she sees it. NOTHING WORTH IT IS EASY, the job might be hard, but I see you, you're busting your butt ! Wish the best for you, thanks for correcting my order ! 2 hours later im eating lol

  Used to really enjoy jimmy John's. But recently they have not been the best. The last two times ive order my order was extremely late. The driver with orange hair even admitted she was slacking today. You guys should add GPS to drivers to ensure us customers feel like we are getting our orders on time. I order for lunch and ive had to skip my lunches twice now.

  This use to be ac great location but the last few times I've ordered the order is always wrong one way or another. I always check the bag to see what I was shorted. Today everything was there but all our toppings were wrong. I ordered 2 wraps and a sandwich. The wraps had none of the modifications we requested and the bread on the sandwich was hard as a rock. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 of us didn't eat our lunch today. I'll be taking a long break from this location.
