There needs to be a better system in place for the customer to be notified.

Paid at the drive-through window, got my receipt, they gave me the pizza and I Drove the 25 mins home. Once home sat down to eat the pizza and open the box to find that it was the completely wrong pizza. I did not eat the pizza because it had spinach, mushrooms and onions on it so I tossed it out for the critters to eat. Figured it was only $10 so I didn’t bother with calling or driving the 25mins back to get the correct pizza. Find out the next day I had been charged twice for the order so I called the store the guy that answered remembered my name and order. I explained what happened and I just wanted refunded back for being charged twice. He said he needed to talk to his manager and they told him there was nothing they could do I had to call my bank.
