    The management at this Chipotle is honestly unacceptable. The manager, Duncan, is very young himself, yet speaks to the mostly teenage employees in a rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional way. I’ve personally seen him raise his voice at staff right in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment. There is absolutely no reason for a manager to treat young workers like that. Instead of offering guidance or support, he chooses to belittle and embarrass them publicly. It’s unprofessional, unnecessary, and reflects terribly on this location. Chipotle seriously needs to look into the management here, because this behavior is not leadership — it’s a problem that needs to be addressed.
