  First time I've ever been disappointed with this place. Got home and saw this was the 6 buck side order of onion rings. 4 onion rings and a couple broken pieces. One of them is thicco mode, but still... Evidently, an onion ring goes for about a 1.25 or so these days. A far cry from what they have pictured on their online menu. Pretty ridic. To be fair the boneless were good though.

  Boneless wings were cooked too long. They were hard, even with sauce on them.

  Walked in seat urself, went to bar area. Waited. Waitress came look drink order. Waited. Waitress came w drinks took app. order. Waiting. Brought app. We ate waited. Waiting. Waiting. Wanted another drink and wings but, nope. Hardly a anyone in that area. I won't go back.

  The point system is difficult to get. The system to put in your phone number rarely gets put in. So customers dont get credit for it unless the customer calls the restarant to make sure it gets in the system. This happened to me 4 times. So dont use the app for points. It doesnt work right. Also this place values employees not customers. The workers are allowed to sit anytime they want. The workers act like you are bothering them if they have to get up to wait on customers. I have never seen a restaurant where workers are allowed to sit anytime they want. I was not getting the points that was suppose to be put on my app. The workers often forget or on purpose dont put the phone number in to give points. The orders get messed up many times and I am given nuggets instead of traditional wings. Traditional wings cost more. Yet I had to reject the nuggets and wait for the traditional wings to be cooked. I decided to use my app to order to go so I could get my points. I coul not order extra teriyaki sauce on the app. So I asked the to go guy sitting at the desk. He said it was on the app. I said no it is not. He argued for awhile. Then he gave me an extra one. Then I decided to eat there. I couldnt find the teriyaki sauce so I asked him for more. He argued for awhile then gave me another one. Later I found the sauce behind my box. I noticed my points were not on the app. He said i should be able to fix it right on it he app. I said not without the receipt. So I asked him if he had my receipt. He argued about the receipt. Then eventually came up with my receipt. I went to eat at my table. The food was cold. I mean like refrigerator cold. The bartender asked me if everything was OK. I said no. The food was cold. She said go tell him. I went up there. He said immediately this is the fourth time you have been up here. He said that what you get when you order carry out. I said I picked it up in time. The food is done early and put on the open shelf. So he made some more. I didnt get traditional wings I got nuggets. I took it back in the paper container. It spilled and made a mess. Then two people came out yelling at me. Told me I could not get any food. I called the cops. I was accused of being drunk and on drugs. I dont drink alcohol or even smoke marijuana or drugs. I sent to wait outside. The cop went in. He looked at the video with no sound. Then he told me I was violently throwing food. The officer brought my food out with no utensils. That I could not come back for a year. So if you want a place that treats workers first, customers last, That's a place for customers who want less and abuse. At the very least dont do the points. The servers have control of the points. The servers dont want to nother with it because workers are first customers are entirely last on the agenda
