    I decided to go through the drive through tonight. After waiting 30 mins to even get to the speeker box. I placed my order. He repeated my order back to me correctly, but everything was screwed up! I ordered a LG combo and 2 of the meat and 3 boxes and asked to upsize the drinks and get the natural lemonade. (Both things I've ask for in the past and had no issues with) tonight they told me that I can't upsize the drinks. I said fine, just give me the natural lemonade. He said that was fine. I pull around and pay. I watch them make my drinks from the fountain. When they try to hand them to me I tell Alyssa the manager that this is incorrect they are supposed to be natural lemonades. She says (very rudely) "well they were rang in as fountain lemonade and besides, you can't get the natural lemonade with the boxes." I said well my combo was supposed to be LG size too, that's a medium drink not LG. At this point there are two other girls and a yound man standing around behind her gawking at me. The young man looks at me and says "we don't sell combos" I told her that I ordered a LG combo and Alyssa says "Well it was rang in as a med." I told her that was incorrect. She shuved the drink at the young man and said "fine! Get her a lg." Doesn't replace the fries only the drink. I said ok fine, since we can't get the natural lemonade, can you please replace those with coke? Alyssa told me "I can't do that. It will go against my food costs!" To which I said no it won't, besides there was an misunderstanding. She argued back. At which point I said I wanted to speak to a manager. Alyssa then turned to one of the girls gawking at me and they laughed and she said "I AM the manager." I said fine just give me my food. Took my food and pulled up to check the rest of my order. Looked in my boxes and they don't have the peach cobbler in them. I go in and tell her this, she said "of course they don't, were out of peach cobbler." still with the same bitchy attitude she's had the whole time. I say well why didn't anyone tell me this! she says "you don't have to yell at me". I repeat I missing food and tell her I need SOMETHING for my boxes. What CAN you replace it with. "Turnovers" I said fine, "we only have cherry right now." That's fine. Alyssa tells one of the girls to go get two cherry turnovers. The other girl says "we only have apple right now." Alyssa snarks back "we only have APPLE, is that ok?" I said fine. She gives me my turnovers and I leave. I will NEVER be going back to this location again and probably not Arby's at all for awhile.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been there multiple times within the past few weeks and have been treated horribly all of those times by the same crewmember. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes and called because nobody had acknowledged me to ask if they were open. The same employee who is rude to me every single time responded back with “ I answered the phone, didn’t I?” I don’t understand why people stay in customer service when that clearly isn’t where they’re meant to be, trying to figure out how to get in touch with higher ups, but when I call, he cusses me out.

    Unbelievably rude. My husband pulled up over half an hour before they should have been closed. A male employee came over the speaker and said their computers were down and they were closed. My husband said okay, and then sat there for a minute so he could call me and see what else I wanted (I'm pregnant and was craving their French dip). The guy came over the speaker again and stated, this time rudely, that they were closed. My husband said, "I heard you, there's no one behind me, I'm calling my wife, who I was getting food for, to see what else she wants." The employee said "Pull around, we can get your license plate and have you banned." Honestly, UNREAL. I know customer service is not what it used to be, but Arby's is way too overpriced these days for us to ever consider coming back here. This was our first time trying this location since moving to Richmond, and they are more than welcome to ban us because we will not be back after that first impression.
