After reading the other reviews, I don't want a half hearted reply saying to email you with more details. That seems to be the main response to negative experiences on your Google reviews. How about I don't email you and just be done with pizza Hut. I was a loyal customer for well over a decade and now I'm ordering pizza king. They always make an order workout and the food is inuch better hands and you feel like you're being taken care of with your order. I'm done with pizza hut shiftiness and sub par pizza. I'm not sorry y'all lost a regular. How about corporate learn how to run a pizza joint. That way you can pass it onto the franchises. Or keep trying to collect a carefree check while people eventually turn elsewhere. I only choose pizza Hut because of the delivery option. Rensselaer delivery is shotty at best. When I lived Monticello, pizza Hut was top notch! Step up your game or fall behind.
