    3 times now, they have screwed up my order. You ask for unsweet tea, they give you sweet. Ask for no condiments on a burger, they heap them.

    The drive-thru didn't work on one side so I had to drive back around and to the other side to order, not a big deal so it's whatever, but after ordering it was so strange... the first worker was young, so I cut him some slack and even helped him figure out how to put my change into the Ronald Mcdonald house box. After doing so, he said nothing. Not pull up, or thank you or anything. So I put my window back up (its 23° outside) and waited for the next person to pull up. I then pull forward and am greeted by.... absolutely nobody. I see people working in the window, someone even sees me, looks at me and keeps walking. No real signage to say I should wait or pull up, so I pull up to the next window after the next car pulls away. . . Someone finally after 5 minutes comes to the window and proceeds to ask me what I ordered and says this line is for other orders (?) .. I apologized and said nobody said a word to me or waved me on or anything so I just followed the flow of the other cars.... a few minutes later I got the drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN THEM), double quarter pounder was cold, fries were OK. Overall, it's fast food, so I guess I can't complain other than give the 2 stars for strange interactions with employees.
