Kind of dumb that taco bell went through all this trouble to install kiosks but no service or technology to ensure you get a cup after you've placed your done in order. Also the inside of the establishment is not very clean.

Got our order drove out went through our order and found that several items were missing went back through drive-thru and they told me they were closed. I said I literally just came through here 2 minutes ago. We already have the food put up. Really already! They gave me a coupon for a free taco. That's nice considering I had over $10 of food missing. This is almost got to count as theft. I mean what would they do if I ordered tacos ate them and said sorry I'll pay you tomorrow. Really!!!

I get there at the drive thru an the lady says go back around. they never started on a order that was placed awhile ago, I saw the long drive thru line and said forget that I’m not going back around so I go in. They really never did start on the order I was watching my order finally being made. What’s the point of online order if you gotta wait longer than ordering in person lol.
