Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Tried to be lighthearted and kind from the get, and this woman proceeds to cut me off and be so short and rude to me! All i wanted was 2 drinks! I didnt ask for anything difficult, if u hate ur job then quit please because, as someone who has worked in a fast food window, u don't need to be ruining other people's days. I understand maybe you had a bad day but u are in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please act like it. Especially as someone who only wanted two drinks! Questioned why i wanted a drink carrier, wouldnt answer my questions on what products you guys carried. Honestly will tell everyone to avoid this place because wow i can't believe the gall of this person. I called afterwards to find out said person's name and i had to call twice because their phone was obviously off the hook, sat while the phone rang for many minutes. At first they said renee was working the window but then said it was janet. Whoever it is, u need some training in ur area or switch positions, i cant believe they let u in the window for real.

I got the perfect batch of chili when I went through their drive-thru
