The manager called my name and let me know that one of my pizzas had been dropped. Since I needed to get to my meeting, he personally delivered the pizza to my meeting location. On top of that, he set the pizza out for my team and gave us cards for free pizza. I was highly impressed—not because I received free pizza, but because he took the time to personally bring it to me. Truly great customer service! 🍕👏
