On top of that out of the 15 items ordered we only received 5 of them which were also extremely cold and poorly made. Would not recommend this specific Taco Bell if it were the last place on earth to get food and I was starving.

Nothing special, elaborate or difficult...so I thought. Was charged $13.76-which I thought was high, read my receipt and was charged $3.99 for a Med dragonfruit Refresca-I did not order. Did receive the refund, so ok. Then went and sat down, opened up Taco, and that is what is was, a regular taco-even though I was charged for the Taco Supreme...UGH! just ate it, didn't feel like dealing with the front staff again. Get it together folks!

The same time I always do when I get off work on Wednesdays. *Every week* and get the same black bean vegetarian items by ordering ahead (like I always do) get to the drive thru and get told there’s no black beans and only 1 scoop of refried left for the replacement to stretch across multiple items.. then got told they “NEVER” have black beans at this time?? I’ve gone to the same location for the last 4 years like clock work and this is the first time this has EVER happened. I have always gotten my black bean items at this time prior to tonight. Atleast just be honest and say you weren’t prepared, not lie to a customer.
