- TTTroy3 days ago3.0Carryout and delivery is just awful. You order online and it gives you an estimated time. The problem is the estimated time is always off. You shouldn't be told 30 minutes and drive there and wait another 30 minutes because the pizza isn't ready. Delivery is the same way. They need to have a better system like Papa John's were you can't see updated information. I order alot of pizza from Pizza hut and these last 6 months its just been a disaster ordering pizza from them.
