    Nothing worse then ordering a sandwich with no pickles because you hate pickles then as your eating it you get a mouthful of pickles taste because they literally took a pre-made sandwich and just pulled the pickles off. The juices are still soaked into the bread and breading...... made me waste a whole sandwich and ruined my meal..

    Got food didn't order deluxe and they gave me that also when I said can I get a remake on the sprite she put ice i politely said I had asked for no ice she got upset at me and rudely told me to have a good night slamming the window shut on my face like sorry you having a bad night but I just want my order correct is all

    Ordered ahead on the app because we only have a half hour lunch. Went inside, was told someone must have picked it up. Are the order numbers not checked before food leaves the restaurant? Waited while they remade my order. Got back to work, no fries. Then got told to come back for them. No, don't have the time. What's the purpose of online ordering if it's messed up and you still have to wait for the order to be done?

    They need to learn to read the order receipt when making the food it's horrible how often they mess up on sandwiches when they are ordered a certain way for dietary reasons and they completely mess up on the food adding the things you told them not to add and leaving off the ingredients that was supposed to be there and specifically asked for how hard is it to remember sandwiches people make everyday
