  I paid $22.17 for food for my father, my 5 and 6 year old granddaughters and myself. McDonald's refused to give me my food saying I owed over $18. This was 2.5 hours ago, when I called I was told someone would call me and here I sit with no call. I am over 2 hours from home with hungry children and without the money taken from my cash app card.

  Every time we come here we always get someone that doesn't care about their job and has an attitude. Morning, noon, night never ever had a good experience here. Almost every time there is something missing, ice cream machine is always down, half the time I cant get a hot drink! I do not recommend ANYONE coming here. I get working fast food sucks but just get the work done and done right the first time.

  I come here all the time and gotta say im very upset with this morning I went through the drive through.I got an oatmeal and asked for 3 sugars for my oatmeal and some other food. When I got my food, they forgot my sugar. So I had to go in and get my sugars, and then I came back out, looked in my bag, and realized they didn't give me the diced apples. The raisin and cranberries or even a spoon that is supposed to come with the oatmeal. So I went to the drive through and told them that I shouldn't have to wait in line when there's 3 cars. Ahead of me, because I just paid for my food and they forgot to give me stuff that I need to be able to eat with. And they said, well, that doesn't mean you can cut in line. So I pulled to the front, they literally waited until all the cars were out of drive through. Then, I had to back up to the drive through window and asked them for my stuff. And one girl lied saying that she couldn't find me out there which is a lie. Because the manager just handed her the stuff to give to me as I'm at the window. They should have brought it out to me or even not forgotten it.In the first place, if I could write it zero stars, I would
