  Did a mobile drive thru pick up order. Pull up & immediately have to go to the second window. Then I was waiting 15 minutes & still nothing. I go inside & my food is just sitting on the counter. They claimed it had just been made yet it was all cold. Terrible attitudes from the workers.

  Very expensive. Donuts are small and not really that fresh. I won't go back.

  Hire more staff please. I came to Dunkin’ around 6:30 Saturday morning. The lady told me they were extremely understaffed and that it would take 10 or so minutes for her to take my order. I then waited another 10 minutes at the window for my order. A lot of the cars behind me left the line. Mind you, there were barely any cars in front of me. I get that the location is new, but the wait was ridiculous.

  This almost doesn't happen but it's impressive. They got my drink order wrong- HOWEVER it was amazing and will now probably be my usual there. Consider me impressed.
