They don't treat you as a valued customer. They always pull me up even when there isn't another car behind. The last time I visited, I obliged and pulled up to be "greeted" by someone in a bad mood which kind of ruined my day. Obviously I should've stayed at the window. Try to stay at the window if you can! There used to be a nice lady that worked there, but her co-workers in the background always seemed to be gossiping about her (literally behind her back). Maybe I misheard those several times that it happened? Either way, I hope she got a better job, she deserves better than working at Arby's!

I go here regularly. It was pretty busy and I stood in line for almost 10 minutes. When I got to the register the employee just walked away mid order... Then, when I got my food, It was cold and I was missing my mozzerella sticks... I asked them to remake my Rueben sandwhich which took another 10 minutes! Horrible services and rude staff especially the young one with pink hair at the front. Just in a bad mood when speaking to me.Why????
