Frank is a national treasure. Protect him at all costs. Also the steak bites were better than I expected.

I stopped by to grab a small bite after getting gas at the connecting service station...I was very disappointed in the customer service...I found that the employees only seemed to care about what's on their mind concerning each other and made some comments that did not help me feel very welcome in the restaurant...they acted like their job was a bother to them..."If asked if you wanted to take orders or make shakes, and you say I don't like making shakes and I don't like taking orders (in front of all the customers), then maybe the food/customer service industry is NOT for you!!!! As a cook myself (somewhere else), I am tired of being treated as if I don't matter when I am a customer...All I ask is whenever you are within ear shot of any customer, treat them with the utmost respect!!!
SINCERELY,
A CUSTOMER THAT KNOWS THE INDUSTRY
