  Worst service ever! Stopped in this afternoon, we were behind one vehicle at the ordering screen, sat there for 5 minutes without any movement. Decided to go on and order when I noticed three vehicles waiting at the windows for their orders. There was one person working at a snail's pace at the windows, another person making sandwiches, one making fries, and manager standing there on her cell phone. When she looked at me standing at the counter, she went into the back. Two of the other three people looked at me and did not acknowledge me in any other way as I stood at the counter without anyone willing to take an order. I left and went to Wendy's to pick up dinner.

  Frank greeted us immediately. Very friendly. It’s great to have someone who cares about our experience at Arby’s. He also came around to the tables to ask if everything was as expected.

  This place has the worst drive through in the business consistently. No matter the time of day, their drive through takes over 15 minutes. Even if you are the only car
