  I have lived in Plainfield for over 15 years of my life. This location is currently so bad. Everytime, I get food from them; it’s terrible. For example: when I order a chalupa (worth around $5), the shell is extremely hard, stale, and reeks of old oil when chalupa shell is supposed to be soft and chewy. The potatoes are extremely dry and also reek of stale oil. I’m not sure what is wrong with their ingredients, but if you want to save your health, then I RECOMMEND to NOT visit this location. I have asked them & given them a chance, repeatedly, to make the food fresh, but it never is. Horrible. Change your management or close down the store. SAVE YALL MONEY FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT!

  Went to go inside and it was locked when I try to call no one would answer when finally someone picked up all they said was hey no customer service at all when I asked about the doors they laughed and gave the phone too a different person which proceeded to just say go unlock the doors knowing the shouldn’t have been locked

  I went to this Taco Bell for a quick snack. I got a rice beans and cheese burrito a nacho Bell grande and fiesta potatoes my fiesta potatoes were old and hard the chips and Nacho Bell grande were old the beans had a bad taste to them. It was just disgusting all around. My burrito was just a bean burrito with a little cheese and basically no rice. This establishment used to be not bad but now it is completely horrible. I also got churros. That were hard harder than rocks Regular

  The male employee with long black hair and is kinda chubby was rude to me when I came in to order he was using profanity and had an attitude I will not be coming back p.s you need to make sure your employees are in check when doing customer service he was so rude that I will no longer come back to this restaurant
