  The main problem is with the drive thru. This restaurant manipulates drive thru processing times by pulling them off to the side regardless of the line or current volume. Common to wait 15min for simple orders. Figured I finally had time to give a review while I sit

  Went through the drive through and was told to pull up due to them refilling the soda machine. They said they would bring it out to me in 2-3 minutes. After around 25+ minutes, I decided to pull back around the drive through where they seemed to have just forgotten about me. I recommend going to any other location, because service here is awful.

  Every time I come here they forget to put something I ordered in the bag, terrible service and terrible manager- does corporate know how terrible this place has become???
