He's so rude to customers and has no idea how to provide good customer service. On top of that, he keeps touching his hair while serving food, even though he has to follow hygiene rules. They should take into account this man's terrible attitude towards customers and train him or take other measures because his behavior and lack of hygiene while serving food are disgusting. He doesn't even wear gloves.

I knew I had to order a drink with my meal but the way he shrubbed his shoulders and told me oh well it’s just a drink and tried to be sarcastic about it saying it’s only $.50 more loudly was very unprofessional. He also got upset with the young man who was working with him because I asked for his name. He said “ why you say my name, why you give her my name” the young man responded because she asked me for it, sorry. When you are afraid or on defense about giving out your name, that’s a problem as a manager. Not sure why he felt it was okay to be rude and nasty to me for asking him why he charged me for the biggest drink. It’s my money to spend and I don’t need the drink, I had water in the car but I knew I had to purchase a drink anyways. However he felt about it whether it was only a few cents more or not, it’s my money I’m spending and it’s not fair that you made me spend more on my meal than I needed to. I frequent here and have only witnessed him be kinda rude to others but today I guess was my turn. Unacceptable!!
