    Overall, the experience wasn't bad. At the time of my visit only two self-service kiosks were working and there was also a line at the counter where they were waiting to be served. Waited and used the self-service kiosk to order and pay for my food. The shake was great. The McNuggets were cold and didn't eat them. Overall, the restaurant is okay. For the time that I visited the restaurant which was around 11:15 to 11:30 in the morning, I expected more as far as the food is concerned.

    I hate hate hate hate hate this McDonald’s so much. I got back from swim practice craving a Big Mac. I order one, guess what I got. I got a quarter pounder with bacon. Not even close to a Big Mac. How do you mess up that bad. Now I’m not fulfilled and too lazy to go back

    I actually used my points for a free mocha frappe with no whipped cream and it is the best mocha frappe I’ve ever had from McDonald’s, oh, and I added an extra shot of espresso ($2) & and got a large Diet Coke. This the the Plainfield location McDonald’s. Best service ever at this location! Friendly, quick service & it’s Halloween 🎃 so they were giving out treats!
