I actually used my points for a free mocha frappe with no whipped cream and it is the best mocha frappe I’ve ever had from McDonald’s, oh, and I added an extra shot of espresso ($2) & and got a large Diet Coke. This the the Plainfield location McDonald’s. Best service ever at this location! Friendly, quick service & it’s Halloween 🎃 so they were giving out treats!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Hendricks county for sure. It’s the same thing everytime I go there. They have an automated person answering the speaker asking for a code but when you tell them the code no one will answer and tell you they got it or anything and 4 cars go by the other lane so I get upset and just pull up and when I get to the window it’s obvious no one heard my code.
When I go at night I could be sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes with no answer and someone is answering the other side taking orders.
The management needs to be on top of their crew to promptly take people’s orders. I’ve mentioned something to someone at the window that no one was taking orders for lane 2 and they had to go get someone to put on a headset.
The lack of management is appalling.
