  Went through the drive through and was told to pull up due to them refilling the soda machine. They said they would bring it out to me in 2-3 minutes. After around 25+ minutes, I decided to pull back around the drive through where they seemed to have just forgotten about me. I recommend going to any other location, because service here is awful.

  Every time I come here they forget to put something I ordered in the bag, terrible service and terrible manager- does corporate know how terrible this place has become???

  Don't expect a "thank you" or "you're welcome". I get it's McDonald's, but it's so bad.

  I’ve been coming here for quite a while and have usually never had an issue. However, two days ago during the snowstorm, my wife and I stopped by after I picked her up from work. She is a nurse and was required to come in due to short staffing. We only stopped because the restaurant was open. Unfortunately, the woman working at the time was passive-aggressive throughout the visit. Before we left, she made a comment that I initially missed, but my wife later told me she said, “Only emergency services should be on the road.” Healthcare workers don’t choose to be out during dangerous weather—if my wife didn’t have to work, we wouldn’t have been on the road either. If the staff didn’t want to serve customers that day, they could have simply said they were closed, and we would have completely understood. On top of that, the burgers and fries were stale. Overall, we regretted stopping by, which is disappointing given our previous positive experiences.
