If your tag line is “Freaky Fast”, then you should at least be reasonably not slow. Ordered in the restaurant on a slow Sunday evening. Waited 10 minutes for my food and finally had to go ask for it. Still had not been made so waited another 5 minutes. They were working hard so I assume it’s all online orders. Should I stop coming in your restaurant to eat?
To make it even worse the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. I literally hit it on the table and it made a hard thud!
Jimmy John’s is my family go to, but this has happened at this location before. Any manager on duty?
I don’t have any issues at Jersey Mikes. So don’t become the next Subway.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery to my work. The sandwich was made very well but the delivery guy was very rude. He walked in and I asked if it was my order. He then continued to ignore me and throw my sandwich onto the counter.
