  Horrible service. I live 20 mins from this location and it’s the closest one to me. Last night I had a coupon to get a free 8” sub I asked for tuna, spinach, and hot peppers pretty simple. Instead I got a regular sandwich with ham, roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. Please work on getting your orders out correctly.

  they took an hour to deliver down the street, didn’t follow anything that the options asked me and was very inconvenient ☺️

  If your tag line is “Freaky Fast”, then you should at least be reasonably not slow. Ordered in the restaurant on a slow Sunday evening. Waited 10 minutes for my food and finally had to go ask for it. Still had not been made so waited another 5 minutes. They were working hard so I assume it’s all online orders. Should I stop coming in your restaurant to eat? To make it even worse the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. I literally hit it on the table and it made a hard thud! Jimmy John’s is my family go to, but this has happened at this location before. Any manager on duty? I don’t have any issues at Jersey Mikes. So don’t become the next Subway.
