When I first received my burger, it was made incorrectly. To their credit, the staff did remake it without any problems, which I appreciated, but it did slow things down and took away from the overall experience. The fries were another disappointment. While the portion size was generous, they were a little dry and had a slightly burnt taste, which made them less enjoyable than expected. For the price, I was hoping for more consistency and better quality. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible visit, but it wasn’t great either. Five Guys has potential, and with better attention to accuracy and food quality, it could easily be a much better experience

My only complaint is they tricked me into thinking they have fresh brewed iced tea. And the chain only uses the free style coke which is also gross. So there is really nothing there now that I would get to drink.
