- CCCatDec 28, 20251.0I order a veggie burrito bowl on the app and when I got it home it didn’t have any of the ingredients I ordered. It only had rice(didn’t order), fajita veggies (didn’t order), corn(didn’t order), sour cream and guacamole. It was missing the black bean, queso, tomato salsa, lettuce and cheese. And it was cold and gross. I just threw it in the trash. I contacted support and they said I can get a free meal. I want a refund. I already contacted you through the “contact-us” link. I’ve only been offered a free entree valid until the end of January. I’ll be contesting the charge on my credit card.

I tried calling over and over as soon as they opened to let them know our team doesn’t need the order at the time provided to us. The robot on their answering service just keeps repeating themself over and over. No help at all. There needs to be a way for the customer to actually speak to a team member at the location. Now my food is ordered two hours before my team‘s lunch is scheduled. An absolute joke.
