  The employees at this location are so blatantly rude and unkind that it’s not even funny. I’ve come here a few times on my way to work and each experience is worse than the last. I’m never greeted, the employee looks annoyed that I’m there, they shove their iPads in your car window demanding a tip, followed by the card reader, and then shove your drink through your window. My god. Imagine if we were allowed to act this way and treat customers this way when we were teenagers/young adults holding a job... Big OOF. Management at this location is too lax apparently because they’ll hire just about anyone, will let these kids run the entire building, and are nowhere to be seen when they are desperately needed onsite. Also, what is going on with the wait times? No one should be sitting in line for 20+ minutes. I’m not sure why you have a 2 lane drive thru if you are only going to have 1 employee taking orders for both lanes and not doing it in a sort of organized manner. It’s very chaotic and both lanes are usually hanging out into the street when I come. Which blocks the flow of traffic for other businesses nearby. I think the worst part is that if you want to get out of line to leave, you literally can’t. You are locked in until you can get to the front and can circle the building. Seems like a hazard.

  I had the RUDEST girl (long brown curly hair with glasses) take my order this morning. I greeted her politely and she immediately said what do you want? A simple hello or good morning would have sufficed. If you hate your job so much, get a new one that doesn’t require you to have a personality. After taking my order she shoved her iPad through my car window, barely gave me time to select a tip amount and hit finish before yanking the iPad away and shoving the card reader at me. I’m someone who believes in tipping even when the individual is undeserving. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and more training in customer service. Having her be the first impression of Plainfield 7 Brew is a big mistake. She’s going to drive away your customers and send them down the road to Starbucks.

  I love love love love seven brew! Maddy is phenomenal amazing energy great at recommendations and knows what she’s selling and how to sell it! They did an amazing job hiring someone like her 🤍We need more of her in this world! Ask about this delicious energy drink she recommended

  I’ve been coming here for about a year and loves the drinks. I usually stop by in the evening time, the most recent interactions I’ve had have been less than pleasant. The lady with the black bob and glasses was super rude, didn’t greet me, and put my drink in wrong as well. I decided to let it go, understanding people have bad days. I went back the next day, the same girl brought my drinks to my car and did not speak a word to me, no greeting, didn’t not even say which drinks were which. Not sure what her problem is.

  I’m not sure what is in the air with this particular location but there seems to be a common theme going around with everyone’s service lately. To be perfectly clear it’s not unrealistic to have a wait time due to an establishments popularity but it’s completely unacceptable for these LONG wait times to occur when there are 5-6 employees working at a given time and they are all standing around chit chatting, texting, not taking orders until you get to the window after waiting for over 30 minutes in line, and then proceeding to have only 1 employee take the orders for BOTH lanes during a rush in an unorganized manner. Since when do establishments only have teenagers running the whole building? Where is management? Where is someone over the age of 18? Service is so poor because you are having children run the entire building. Please consider fixing this issue. I love 7Brew but I will not continue to spend $10+ daily with tip for this poor service. For reference: I went to this location today (2/3/26) before work. I gave myself a 30 minute window to allow for the long wait time and was STILL late to work. There was only 1 employee taking orders for BOTH lanes. She was taking 1 order at a time and then going back in the building for a few minutes. Then she would turn around and come back out and take another order for a car in the opposite lane and repeat this pattern until she got to my car. Once it was finally my turn to get up to the cashiers stand I looked into the building and saw 1 female employee with glasses on her phone texting, two male employees leaning against the counters talking with another female, and no one making drinks. For how busy they were with TWO lanes of cars hanging out into the street, it amazes me that they had that much free time to NOT be making drinks and socializing with one another. Seems like it may be time for more training, more employees, and management being onsite at all times. You can’t expect children to run your establishment properly.
