  2 trips in last month. I love Plainfield Dairy Queen. I ve been a fan for 12 years. Not anymore. Last 2 time 2 different crews. 1st trip I ordered a blizzard. The topping was just placed on top and not mixed in. Weird I thought I thought. Once in 12 years could be crew needing training. Then 3 weeks later I ordered a dipped cone. The girl ladled the chocolate on top and the cone Falls off in the chocolate. She scoops it out of the chocolate tries to put it on the cone and sees me watching. She throws cone and ladel in trash. She has chocolate all over her hands and starts to make a second cone. She can't find ladel. Her teammate sees it in the trash and takes out of site and comes back in 2 seconds and hands it to her and she scoops chocolate on the second cone and all over The cone and paper. She looks at me and asks if I want another one. She sees my face and hands the dripping mess to a kid working there. He says he'll eat it and starts to eat it immediately. She says Ill make another. Her hands all covered in chocolate and the questionable ladel in the chocolate still. I said just give me a plain cone and we call it even. She asked are you OK? This Dairy Queen is in trouble. Used to have visible adult supervision and good service etiquette. I am only glad I saw what they did to the food and how they handled it. Not going back anymore. So sad and really scarry for community. I witnessed lack of training and supervision and health practice.
