Made a mobile order... placed it 5-10 min before I pulled up. Beef and cheddar, med fry, 6pc mozzarella sticks, French dip combo with potato cakes.. he asked me to pull around and wait for 5 min. No marinara, no au jus for the French dip.... pretty ridiculous. Was at least 5 people working... 2 guys were out back with the door open laughing it up. Seems like poor management and/or poor training. The marinara is one thing.... but the French dip isn't a "DIP" without the Au Jus.... very disappointing... luckily I have a packet of au jus mix from Kroger I can make, as im not willing to drive the 20 min back to tge restaurant to get the au jus that is included with the meal. Also no cars in parking lot no cars behind me when I pulled up. Yet after I was told to wait 2 cars pulled into the drive thru and we're gone before I got to the window...clearly no rush but still managed to forget critical elements to the order... Just seems like lack or attention, management, and care for the customer. I've had issues at this specific location in the past but this one is definitely worse.... the ONLY positive thing i will say is they gave me a decent amount of cheddar on my beef and cheddar...

The following events happened on Thursday, March 26 between 130 and 2:15 PM
I erroneously ordered from this location via the app
I was instructed by both the 800 number and another restaurant to call this location. Tell them what happened and that they would issue a refund not only did they not issue a refund but I was treated horribly.
Seven out of my ten phone calls went to a fax machine. When I did speak with someone, the young lady lied and told me she was the manager and when I asked another question she said I just checked with the manager, so in speaking with the gentleman that called himself the manager, he proceeded to hang up on me not one not two but three times. When I tried to speak with them, one time, he turned on the fax machine and the two other times, he hung up on me mid sentence. He told me she told you it had to be fixed on the app and we can’t do nothing.
I had no food. I am out $40. I was treated rudely.
Upon calling the one 800 number they were of no help.
Reading the reviews on Google I saw they have been using a form to submit concerns with I did that two days ago. I have not heard anything about my money. I asked to speak with the District manager or the owner and no one’s bothered to call me.
This is in my opinion extremely poor customer service on Arby’s overall

I stopped by Arby's one afternoon when I wanted something quick but a little different from the usual burger. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and curly fries, and everything came out hot and satisfying. The place had that familiar fast-food buzz. Simple stop, but it definitely did the job when hunger hit.

Ordered the new $8+ box at Arby’s Decatur Township, off of Kentucky Ave. It comes with a mozzarella stick, potato cakes, and had a small very dark brown (almost burned) dessert roll up that looked as if it was deep fat fried a 2nd time to warm it up. All these deep fat fryer foods came out piping hot & literally Dripping with grease! After I ate the meal I didn’t feel good with all that oil sitting in my stomach! (I had wanted my sandwich choice to be fish, but Arby’s in Decatur was out of that option! When I went to bed, I woke up close to 3 a.m. with the greasy meal & extremely disgusting marinara sauce for the mozzarella stick, trying to climb back up my throat! I was up awake an extra hour. Found myself wishing I had some pink Pepto Bismol, though I handn’t used it in decades! Then I slept a bit & awoke close to 6a.m. & lost the entire $8+ meal! Never again! Don’t know why the quality had to be so bad & dripping with grease at Arby’s Decatur Township!

Employees were rude. Restaurant was dirty. Order was incorrect. Go to a different Arby's.
