  Sorry at first I thought I was reviewing the Avon one which is amazing and the people there are so friendly and fast and I always enjoy that one. This one on the other hand.... Could use some work. I went to this one and the guy couldn't find the drink I ordered on the iPad so he hands it to me and says "can you find it?" It was so strange. The line took so long and no one was actually friendly.

  I had the worst experience today at the Plainfield location. I had a rude woman who took my order. I ordered a tropic thunder add raspberry. She then told me I needed a base flavor and wouldn’t let me have my smoothie without picking one. I’ve gotten this smoothie 4 times over the last week, it’s supposed to be orange. What they gave me was some purple drink that was absolutely not what I ordered but after 5 solid minutes of starring at me and expecting me to answer a question I’ve never been asked I just picked a flavor and it tastes awful. If people are going to be out taking orders they should know the menu. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there.

  My drink was fantastic but when I was in line one of the mangers i believe Josh was his name was being rude to the rest of the employees and using a vial tone. I was there for a sec trying to find my debit card and I could hear him schedule people out there availability and ig one of the employees asked him to start showing up to open since there was an issue of people calling off? I wonder if this is why the times I’ve gone I’ve waited for 15-20 minutes for my drink.

  The employees at this location are so blatantly rude and unkind that it’s not even funny. I don’t know where they get off treating people like that, but kindness is literally free. I usually get a new employee each time and they never fail to be rude to me. I always greet them with a smile, my drink order isn’t complicated, and I always leave a tip. Even when they are nasty toward me. So what is the deal with this location? Why is every employee so miserable and taking their frustrations out on a paying customer?

  I had the RUDEST girl (long brown curly hair with glasses) take my order this morning. I greeted her politely and she immediately said what do you want? A simple hello or good morning would have sufficed. If you hate your job so much, get a new one that doesn’t require you to have a personality. After taking my order she shoved her iPad through my car window, barely gave me time to select a tip amount and hit finish before yanking the iPad away and shoving the card reader at me. I’m someone who believes in tipping even when the individual is undeserving. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and more training in customer service. Having her be the first impression of Plainfield 7 Brew is a big mistake. She’s going to drive away your customers and send them down the road to Starbucks.
