  My fiance and I came through the drive through ordering breakfast around 9am. There was a lady in the first window with maroon pink hair and pink finger nails. She was very rude and disrespectful. I think her name tag said Renee but I dont quite recall.

  absolutely terrible service & management THREW my food at my bf. gross. it was a female manager, didn’t get her name but she shouldn’t be managing anywhere acting like that😭.

  Horrible service. We went through drive through and looked at the food before we left and it was completely the wrong order. I went in and handed them the order back and gave them my receipt for my order. They took the food and handed it to the drive through next car, even though I had touched the food in the bag. I waited as they sent out food for at least 5 other cars until a manager came up and looked at my receipt and had them make my order that was obviously given to another car. The manager that was expediting looked confused and flustered and completely overwhelmed. They were not busy inside at all, there was maybe one or two customers inside. While I waited inside from the drive thru for over 15 minutes for them to make my food and they still got the order wrong...what a mess.
