- BLBrenda LawsonApr 14, 20261.0I brought my grandkids in for an ice cream treat. Food was great & the staff was friendly except the woman running the register. Her name tag said assistant manager and she was actually terrifying. Her face was bright red & clearly upset and visibly upset. Every word that came out of her mouth was hostile as if customers were inconveniencing her. I give her grace because customer service isn’t easy but boy, I feel bad for her staff. She seemed incredibly hostile and difficult to work for.

They made my ice cream way before the actual food was to be done when I asked the MANAGER to stick the ice cream in the freezer she put the dipped cone upside in a cup and cracked it I told her I didn't want it like that and she got hateful and said well you could've just asked me to remake it and accused me of yelling when I very clearly was NOT. She then proceeded to THROW my sundae in the freezer shaking the entire freezer. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. I've worked food for over 20 years with 15 of those years in management and not once have I treated someone like this!
