  So the only thing this place has going for it is the food. The service is absolutely horrendous. I mean to the point to where you are having to yell in the back to get service. And then I had a large African gentleman putting my order in and it smelled as if he hadn't showered in a month. I'm not trying to be hateful but if you are working in food the least you could do is shower and have mediocre hygiene. It completely took my appetite

  They had no one at the counter taking orders and no one was paying attention. I had plenty of time to do doordash though and drive-thru orders. I would have to say though this is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to especially the bathrooms.

  If we could give this place a 0, we would. After we got rained out of our camp sight, we stopped for what we thought was a quick bite too eat, but we ended up waiting about a whole HOUR for our $35 meal, that wasn't even full meals, it was literally a few cheeseburgers and two fries. We had to ask multiple times to get our food and they said "they thought they brought it out" so we wait another 25 minutes for them to do it. I normally don't leave complaints but it wasn't just me waiting for my order, there were multiple people not getting their orders.

  Absolutely the worst service you will receive. Your order will be wrong. You will wait 45 minutes for soggy half filled fries they somehow mess up everything order a 6 piece nugget ull get 5 order no ketchup ull get extra onions no pickles. These folks could mess up a pbj save ur self the time and money.

  Stopped at the McDonald’s inside Love’s at Exit 214 and the experience was terrible. The cashier struggled just to give the correct change back from a $20 bill. Then we waited about 15 minutes for a very simple order — a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and fries plus a double cheeseburger and small fries. When the food finally came out, the nuggets and fries were cold. On top of that, we had to go back inside again because they forgot the milk that comes with the Happy Meal, and we also had to ask for the cup for our soda. This is a busy truck stop location, so you would think they would have their system together. Instead it felt completely disorganized. Cold food, missing items, long wait times, and basic mistakes at the register. They really need to get it together.
