Today, after sitting in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes, I went inside to pick up our only item, which was a large cheese pizza. One person was trying to pay/pickup, another said she’d been waiting over 30 minutes for her order. The guy behind the counter looked confused and everyone working was slow moving. He handed me my pizza, told me the total then just walked away. So after seeing “approved” on the screen and waiting for him to come back, he didn’t so I just left. Everything looked dirty, no one in the dining room seemed happy with their service and when we got home, we noticed half of our pizza was actually burnt. Not sure we’ll go back anymore.
