  I really did not want to give even the 1 star but 0 is not an option. Our family had several mobile orders but when we went to pick them up 1 of our orders were not there. We told them and they would not make the 2 missing sandwiches. They said they did not have the order and they would not make them even when we showed the order confirmation. They were rude and then we thought okay we will talk to the owner and explain what happened, nope he did not care. He is willing to lose several mobile orders rather than replace 2 missing sandwiches.

  Went in there during a busy time and both the boys working there were awesome. The name tag on the one that made my food was Brayden and he was very polite and customer oriented. The other kid's name was Cash

  I have eaten at this subway multiple times a week for almost 4 years now. Never had an issue. Then things slowly started turning bad. I would order “hot” sandwiches that had meat that was still cold even though it was toasted. I always order a head of time to save time because if not you’re waiting 5-10 minutes for a sandwich. Here recently it’s like they cut the portions in half. I ordered a footlong and a drink that was 17$!!!!!!! and got maybe enough food in the sandwhich for a 6inch. Pictures will be below. This has happened multiple times in the last two weeks. Figured I’d give it one more shot. Today was the last straw. Ordered online a footlong grilled chicken, lettuce, pickle and ranch. Instead got a rotisserie chicken, lettuce, pickle and black olives. I’ll never go back.

  I love Subway so I will continue to go back, but this is the only subway that I’ve been to that makes sandwiches with very little ingredients.
