  Very disappointed this evening. We were not told toaster oven wasn’t working until after sandwiches were ordered and 1/2 way prepared THEN we paid for 6 cookies that we didn’t receive. This was all on a carry out order. First time in about 6 years we have had bad service here. So disappointed.

  This subway has become extremely disappointing. I ordered pickup, a pizza sub with extra sauce (marinara and creamy siracha) toasted, with extra add ons. The sub I received had questionable looking lettuce (which doesn’t come on the sub in the first place), no marinara or siracha. no green peppers, no added jalepeños, was not toasted, and was barely filled with any ingredients whatsoever. I don’t tend to leave reviews, let alone bad reviews, but this type of service is pretty much always what you will receive at this location. notes are ignored, custom orders are usually disregarded, and it seems like they usually just put together whatever they feel like making you. I’ve had a few experiences where they add custom ingredients and fill the sub to your moneys worth, however, I don’t think I have ever received a warm/toasted sub. If you choose this location definitely order inside, pickup/delivery is always disappointing.
