The shift mngr. Stated that she packed it herself and she new it was right. After proving to her that she was wrong she was very rude, did not apologize. I am very disgusted with this transaction. She at least could have said "That's my mistake, I apologize". But all I got was a very rude "HAVE A NICE DAY"
