  Sundays are so horrible in this place. They either give me cold food or their service is atrocious. I don't know who the manager is on Sunday. But they need to have a conversation with their people in there about customer service i just left the drive through because the girl was absolutely rude

  HORRIBLE place!!! Horrible service!!!! There was one super nice great guy wit lots of tats and glasses other then that the lady at register was the worst super rude and didn't know wats she was doin and didn't care!!!! Told me she didn't know how to use the rewards coupon on their own app and when I told her u just scan it she got even bigger attitude and said scanner didn't work and was very rude to my husband when he came back up for my daughter's chocolate milk that she rudely told me would come wit her meal AND DIDNT! and the girl workers had attitudes about having to work instead of flirting and playing wit the boys that were in and out!!! They didn't even bother to make my blizzard right it was barely mixed and most of it was plain and off!! All the food was cold and gross Only went there for the coupons so we could treat my kids couldn't afford it without but couldn't tell the kids the workers didn't want to work so we couldn't get it! Complete waste of money and ruined our once in awhile family dinner that we all look forward to not to mention cost us way to much!!! The guys deserves a raise not only for trying to help and his friendly respectful customer service but also for having to clean up after a bunch of young to spoiled brats that don't want to work and are SO RUDE!!!!! I go out of my way to b super nice when goin out to eat to the workers and not to b difficult cuz I have worked those jobs for many years and they went out of their way to b super disrespectful and not care!! $50 dollars I should have spent on bills but spent trying to treat my amazing family was destroyed in our faces!!!!!😭🤯😡😡
