Today, I was asked to pull up and had to wait 15 minutes only to be missing my McDouble once I got home. They make everyone pull up and wait and it completely packs the entire parking lot, making it difficult to leave once you finally get your food. Stop cheating your drive thru timer and actually give people their food at the window
