  Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with this location. I came in tonight, and the service was incredibly slow even though there was hardly anyone there. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and were barely paying attention to my order. There was only one person on subway side that was actually doing a good job. To top it off, the vegetables didn't look fresh at all—the lettuce was brown and the bread was stale. For the price of a footlong these days, I expected way better. Probably just going to drive to Knox or Winamac next time.

  The manager Sarah is absolutely amazing. I can alway tell when she cooks my food she makes everything with love and you can tell she cares about her job and her coworkers. Alls I can say is that the owners are lucky to have a great manager like Sarah who cares about everything. Even when she is running the pizza side by herself she rocks it out. Kudos for an amazing lady you have working there. I’ve tried other workers food it just don’t taste the same.

  This is the WORST Subway I have EVER been to, the manager Laci was EXTREMELY rude to me and she was very unsanitary, when she was making my sandwich she handled the food without gloves, I asked for a refund and then she got mad at me and started yelling and swearing at me, walked out of the restaurant IMMEDIATELY, DO NOT COME HERE!

  I usually love subway but when I went to this one the floors were dirty, the walls were stained, very under staffed, manager Laci was very rude and I heard her yelling at employees, slow service, employees did not wear gloves when handling food, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, will not be going to this subway again ever.

  We drive through North Judson almost every week on our way to Indianapolis, and this place has been a regular stop for sandwiches or pizza. It used to be a dependable and enjoyable place to grab a quick bite. Lately, though, the experience hasn’t been the same. It seems like management has declined, and the team often appears understaffed. The overall operation just doesn’t feel as organized or consistent as it once was. It’s disappointing because we genuinely liked stopping here and supporting a local business. We hope things improve, because this spot has a lot of potential and used to be one we looked forward to visiting.
