  It’s fast food, yet I waited around 30 minutes for my order, this has happened to me a few times.

  don't come here unless you have an hour to spare... i had to wait 26 minutes for my food and when i got it the fries weren't even half full... do better

  This Taco Bell has picked it up! Happy staff , excellent food, faster service!!! Good job Taco Bell!!!! Way to make the change in to a must stop in store!

  Your store in Noblesville, IN right off of sr 37 in front of Walmart is probably the worst in the area. Placed an order for 2 steak quesadillas at 9:55pm, add jalapeño, no jalapeño, not even cut. Had maybe 5 pieces of steak and maybe an oz of cheese all piled in the very middle of the quesadilla for both so 80% tortilla. This is probably the 12 time this has happened. Most of the time the store never answers and if they do as soon as its a food complaint, hang up. Also got a beefy potato griller, no potatoes, once again maybe an oz of beef, mainly tortilla. Your night time managers and shift leads are obviously not looking for or striving for quality anymore and it's sad, I've been and still work in food service for 19 years now, a couple of those was managing the tacobell in carmel back in 2012. This store is so bad it has a 3.0 rating on Google with all quality and management issues. If it continues, I can guarantee the town Of Noblesville will stop spending their hard earned money there. I know for me, I've given you guys enough chances and I don't think I will ever be back at a Tacobell again.

  I wish I could give zero stars. I loath this Taco Bell, every time I go I swear something is wrong. Usually it’s the cinnamon twists missing or chipotle sauce added when you say no chipotle sauce (things that in the moment is super annoying but nothing huge). I’ve worked food service for a bunch of years and I know how stressful it can be, but to forget a whole taco, 2 cinnamon twists, and completely mess up the other items is insane. I got a DoorDash refund as I placed the order there, and replaced the order. I called to ask them to keep an eye on that one to make sure it was right because while I did get a refund had to pay an extra $15, since it’s DoorDash. The man who answered the phone had the audacity to hang up without saying anything. When I called back and ask to speak to a manger he said he was the manger so I ask if that was him who hung up on me because it sounded exactly like the same guy and he said no. He did not seem sorry one bit and after I talked he just sat and didn’t say anything until I said hello and he just goes “it’s very busy in here”. I get it but that does not excuse one little bit of your costumer service, just because you are stressed does not mean you can be rude to a customer. DO NOT GO HERE
