Solid burritos. Been here a handful of times and they’ve never let me down on their consistency.

No wheat burritos, brown lettuce and a sopping wet result. by far the worst location of ever been to. I'm actually infuriated by the fact that my crotch got soaking wet before I even realized the thing was dripping all over me in my center console now I've got a sticky drive home for another 30 minutes I should really take this burrito back and shove it somewhere

On 4/2 I waited inside the store almost 2 hours after my pick up time. Then everyone was told that 3 staff members quit, and all that was left was the shift manager and one staff member. They were almost out of all the food also. Was waiting behind 6 other people to get a refund, and it was taking more than 10 minutes to get one person a refund. Because of this I left and decided to call back another day to get my refund. I called 4/4 at 8:30 pm and spoke to the shift manager who told me all she could do was make my food, and I could pick it up. But she also said the system would have erased my order by now, and she couldn't see anything. I said I didn't want my food, I wanted a refund. She said she couldn't do that. I asked to speak to the manager above her, and she said he's not there but "would tell me the same thing." I asked for his contact info, and she refused and said all she could do is make my food. I insisted on a refund since this occurred two nights ago. She said the general manager would be in 15 minutes from now, so she took my name and phone number and assured me he would call me. I never received a call, and I got an email saying a full refund had been issued. However, the email stated "Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Unsatisfied customer: customer called so mad". I am blown away by the lack of professionalism at this busimess. Needless to say we are done with this location.

I came around 5pm with a colleague. When we came in the restaurant there was a man that had glasses and a black shirt he was just pacing past 3 girls. He walked to the door sat there for about 30 seconds, then said something about a “meeting” the girls looked confused then 1 of them said “stop talking to me” and she called him a racist. After that he went off the edge fast he was recording her followed her as she walked away said he wasn’t scared of her and called her names. I really didn’t hear anything from her I heard music playing from the back. But as a man with daughters the was unexceptionable. He really wanted a response from the girl and was causing a huge scene to get it very unprofessional I always eat here. This is my first time seeing this man I’ve seen the other girl a couple times she’s taken my order. This store needs work! I hated what I seen today.

Came to pick up a mobile order after 25 minutes (asked to wait 15-20), and it was not on the pickup rack. We waited in line to not rush workers because there was only one interacting with customers at all. A man was mopping with airpods in and when the other worker noticed us she started yelling for another worker for 2-3 minutes with no response before walking to the back leaving the customer in front of us waiting at the register. Three people came spilling out of the back, and a total of one of them started to help with the now 5-6 person line. Then, as we are waiting by the register for our now 40 minute order we were told to “wait over there by the pickup shelf” by the original worker. She then proceeded to take another man’s order and walk away AGAIN standing at the register while another worker was sweeping up the mop water? Just a complete lack of focus or effort whatsoever as when we originally arrived there was 1-2 other customers total which means our order (still displayed on their mobile screen) was just never looked at despite having 4-5 workers.
