The food and service quality is far below what it used to be. We ordered bagels, cream cheese and coffee. We were hoping for soufles, but at 9:30 on a Saturday morning they were "out" (for the second time in three weeks). The dark roast coffee container was empty, so we told one of the staff members. Minutes later she brought out a different dark roast container --- also empty. We previously noticed that the bagels have become smaller, presumably in a cost-saving move. This time we were given cream cheese spread, an apparent the-customer-won't-notice substitute for real cream cheese. It looked and spread like white paint and had very little cheese taste. It is apparent that management has decided to try to hold the line on prices by lowering the quality of their products. We will not be back for breakfast again. Too bad. We'd been Saturday morning regulars for more than ten years.

Fui a comer con mi mamá y pedimos 2 ensaladas, nos dieron una cantidad muy menor en comparación de otros Paneras, se veía que era para menos de una persona, además la ensalada decía que traía huevo y tocineta pero en el plato no había ninguno.

I've honestly spent months refraining from writing a negative review. Every single time I order food, I know my avocados will be brown. I've never had an avocado slice from here that isn't brown. I love the dishes (or I wouldn't keep buying them) but it's disheartening to spend so much money on a meal only to know the company isn't holding itself to a very high standard.
Everyone knows Panera is overpriced, and if I hadn't grown up with it as a comfort food, I would have stopped coming long ago. It's disappointing to have a place so close to my heart but know that I'd never invite someone new to try it. The music is always loud, and I've previously sat inside two hours before close only to have closers blasting music from the back at the same time as music is playing front of house, which was overstimulating & totally ruined our dining experience. It's just definitely not somewhere I come to read books or play board games anymore.
Today, I connected to their wifi, only to get a message encouraging people to choose their table size according to their party size. This is perfectly reasonable, except I had to choose a big table to find an outlet to use, and it made me feel guilty about taking up space in a restaurant I thought was designed for lingering and studying. It also felt like an unreasonable ask for Noblesville specifically, since I've literally never seen this business approach full capacity. Not to mention a handful of their tables are always dirty, which limits options.
It seems they've given up on any real relationship between employees and customers. Customers buss their own dishes, which is fine, but I also always have to wipe my own table before use with the wipes they leave out (presumably for that exact reason). Chairs are often in disarray & it's impossible to predict which coffees will be brewed that day.
All of this has made me far less likely to eat inside, and somewhat annoyed that the company is nitpicking how much space customers take up, when it already quite literally takes effort to have a decent experience here. Instead of meeting friends here monthly, I'll maybe pickup for myself every other month while being disappointed in the expense vs. quality.
I genuinely wouldn't have said anything had I not paid $18 for a meal (no drink) today, only to be served a "hot" sandwich that was entirely cold inside. The glob of cheese in the middle was entirely unmelted, so my sandwich kept falling apart. It's just disappointing that I've lowered my standards in terms of what I expect from Panera Bread's quality.

I stopped by Panera Bread one afternoon when I wanted something light and easy. The place had that calm café vibe with people working on laptops and chatting over coffee. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo, and it was warm, simple, and satisfying. A nice spot when you just want a quiet meal and a little break.
