  Kiosk directed to take a number "tent". The directions on it was to sit down and order will be brought to the table. Waited 13 minutes . No order. Went to the counter and there sat my order! Barely warm fries and sandwich.

  If I could give any McDonald’s any low review it’s this one. It’s unexpected because of the area but I sat in the left line for 20 minutes while the people kept going through the right lane. Most of the people who went through that line had just gotten there. I finally backed out and went through the left lane and they finally had gotten to me. I watched an elderly lady sit in the same lane I had left for 5 minutes just watching the cars in the left lane go around her. Not to mention the man on the speaker was very rude tried to rush my order and of course still gave me the wrong food.

  Food was cold and tuff to chew the his is the second store I went to and the first was as bad don't understand must be management issues

  It was packed out but the manager was a real nice guy and class act. They forgot one thing and the manager right away went to the back of and made our food and handed it to me. No yelling just calm collected and took care of it himself. 5 stars just for the hard worker in that guy

  Ordered multiple times, and each time my food is cold. The frappe always has chunks of ice in it. Never blended properly. There was no whipped cream on top of the frappe this time either.
