  Supreme without tomatoes. Man could have at least said u were out. This use to be top tier location 8-10yrs ago. Sad.

  Have been to this location a few times over the last few months and everytime I’ve been here, there’s been a 20+ minute wait in addition to the food being “average” at best. My recent visit today was the worse of them all. Waited for about 45 minutes while others got their orders before me. They even gave my order to someone else so they had to remake it which took another 10 minutes. I’ve seen Taco Bell’s in not so good areas with better service

  Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I rarely go here bc it’s always a bad experience. Tonight, after working a 12 hour shift, hungry and on my way home, I ordered online a bean and rice burrito add red sauce, potatoes, black beans and onions. When eating the burrito I noticed that there were no potatoes and no visible black beans. I drove up to the drive through again and let the worker know about the mix up. The response I got was “ oh well that’s an app issue not a me issue. I guess I could maybe give you a cup of potato’s just this time.” . Not only did they make me feel like I was a thief, I was actually the one Taco Bell stole from. I understand that the potato’s and black beans cost something like $0.30 each, But I paid for them, and for them to be in my burrito. It’s truly does no harm for them to make my food, that I PAID for, correctly. Just a total lack of customer service or care. I will absolutely NEVER come back here. If you have a late night craving for fast food, I highly suggest checking out absolutely ANY other fast food joint in the area. There are plenty others and they all do a wonderful job.

  They will always skimp you on your order, anytime I come to this location you’re getting a skinny burrito, I ordered a quesadilla tonight, I even paid for extra chicken, I asked the guy “hey is that thing gonna be big?” He said he was watching be made and he couldn’t believe it. All for this? You gotta be kidding me

  I NEVER leave reviews because I get it, we all have bad days but I made the mistake going to this location twice and I’ll never go back! The wait time is crazy considering there are always 15+ employees most of them sitting out in the lobby. This specific day there was an employee talking very loudly about how she thinks avocado taste like 🍆 mind you this was 1pm with 2 small children in the lobby. I don’t know how this restaurant is still in business considering the enormous amount of bad reviews I have read
