The text I got regarding a cancellation directed me to call the store for a refund. The person who helped me was very kind and helpful. When I explained what communication I received and asked why my order was cancelled, they shared the full story of how this would have happened, when the order was transferred from one delivery service to another, and offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for replacement and they made sure my order was picked up at the earliest available time, and wrote a short "have a nice day" on my meal, and put a side of tortilla chips in as well with a note "on us". I was grateful for the replacement meal, but the extra touch of the store staff member to write a positive note to me, spelling my preferred name correctly and everything, was very kind and great service from the store.
