My husband and I went there in the late afternoon on a Sunday. It was an AWFUL experience and we will NOT be returning to THIS location. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a bowl. When I asked for Citrus Lime Vinaigrette for my salad, they acted liked they never heard of it. The manager to the worker that they may have some in the back. After checking there wasn't any. Then, after paying and saying we were eating in the restaurant, we went to get forks. We were told they were out. How do you eat a salad and a burrito bowl without forks. They are in a shopping center. GO buy some forks. The manager was very RUDE and dismissive. We ended up leaving, but had already spent over $30!

After ordering food and paying for it, they inform us that they are out of forks. I ordered a salad and my husband got a bowl. Quite difficult items to eat without a fork. Also after ordering a salad and asking for citrus lime vinaigrette dressing, they go looking for it and say they don’t have any. Such incredibly poor customer service. No offer for a refund for not being able to eat our food. I will definitely not be returning to this Qdoba again.

The HTC Qdoba has been my family's go-to fast casual restaurant for many years. It remains one of the best darn meals a crisp 10 bill can get you. Tasty and reasonably nutritious coming in satisfying portions. The location has had its ups and downs in terms of service quality, but I am proud to be a loyal customer at all times because HTC's Qdoba earned my brand loyalty in their early days. I have gotten through gift indecision on multiple family birthdays by relying on the ol' Qdoba gift card. My mom is especially a fan. Three cheers for Qudoba!!!

Food was great but the ordering process was a little awkward. After every ingredient I added they had to go look in the back just for Employee #1 to come back and say there is none so employee #2 goes to find it. I completely understand being low on things but it was ridiculous. They had to go look for Cholula Chicken (which took so long for them to find I ended up getting steak), cilantro, corn salsa, and fajita veggies. Also, they were incredibly rude to each other while making the food which was the most awkward part. Overall just weird because employee #2 was trying to joke about it with us which was uncomfortable. Employee #1 even was rude to my husband and kept cutting him off when he was trying to say what he wanted. Overall experience wasnt terrible but they need better training on how to keep their bar stocked and looking neater.

Would not recommend this location. There were no other customers in the restaurant at lunch time and the service was extremely slow. There was one employee changing trash right next to where food was being prepared and one standing outside smoking. The employee preparing the food took 15 minutes, without any other customers being served, to make 2 quesadillas and 2 bowls. The quesadillas were left on the grill entirely too long to the point all the cheese had pushed out from the tortilla and was burnt on the outside of the tortilla. When asked if they could possibly remake them we were told "there's nothing you can do about it, thats just how the grill makes them." They did remake one, which was also burnt, and had a black curly hair in it that we found once we got back to our table. Half of the hot tables weren't working and the employee was having to move to different areas of the kitchen to find ingredients. The protein in our bowls was cold and we did not eat them out of concern of possible food poisoning. As a result, we spent $54 on 2 burnt quesadillas, one of which had a strangers hair in it, and 2 bowls that were not edible. I've never left a review on a restaurant before, but I felt I had to on this one to try and help others not have the same experience, waste their money, and possibly encounter food that could make them sick due to lack or cleanliness, hairs in the food, and poor food prep operations.
We all threw our meals away after only 2 bites. After the rude and unprofessional response from the staff previously we did not bring it to their attention, we simply got up and left. With the way we were treated, I would not put it passed the employees to try and convince us hair in food is "normal" and we were just "complaining customers" who were bothering them.
Based on the multiple reviews from other customers regarding cleanliness, improper food preparation/handling, and the many cases of food poisoning, it may be necessary to contact the local health department.
