I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a bowl. When I asked for Citrus Lime Vinaigrette for my salad, they acted liked they never heard of it. The manager to the worker that they may have some in the back. After checking there wasn't any. Then, after paying and saying we were eating in the restaurant, we went to get forks. We were told they were out. How do you eat a salad and a burrito bowl without forks. They are in a shopping center. GO buy some forks. The manager was very RUDE and dismissive. We ended up leaving, but had already spent over $30!

Also after ordering a salad and asking for citrus lime vinaigrette dressing, they go looking for it and say they don’t have any. Such incredibly poor customer service. No offer for a refund for not being able to eat our food. I will definitely not be returning to this Qdoba again.
