Corporate decision was to remove the menu from the wall for a qr menu to bring it up on your phone which is irritating and off-putting - especially if you're using your phone for other thing, do not have a smart phone, or Internet access for whatever reason. Lobby gets incredibly loud, and you can't really hear the employees.
