I was literally the only person in line at the drive thru and there were around 8 employees, no customers in the store. Call me crazy, but it shouldn't be hard to get an online order correct in this situation. Guess I was wrong. All the employees were far more concerned with talking and doing nothing. Not surprisingly, they forgot literally half my order. I looped around the building and told them, they laughed and said to pull around. When I did they asked me to show them their order because they couldn't pull it up on their end for...reasons? I showed them, they tried again, STILL GOT IT WRONG. Still nobody in line, just me. I gave up. Never coming back, I knew this place was garbage and that's why I quit coming to begin with. Nice to see nothing has changed. For the love of God, Panera, get some even halfway decent management at this location!!!
